12-Week Breakthrough Program — Begin When You’re Ready

This trauma-informed framework is designed for adult children healing codependency and inner child wounds. Over twelve weeks, you’ll learn how to regulate your emotions, release approval-seeking patterns, stop suppressing your truth, and reconnect with your authentic self—without force, pressure, or perfection.
 A Gentle, Structured Path to Inner Child Healing
In about one hour a day, you’ll work through a trauma-informed, neuroscience-backed process designed to help you reconnect with and integrate your inner child—without overwhelm or force.Over the course of 90 days, many students report increased self-compassion, greater emotional regulation, and a noticeable shift away from codependent patterns as they learn to relate to themselves differently.
Guided Meditations, Journaling Prompts & Class Notes
Each week includes guided meditations recorded with supportive theta brainwave technology—chosen because many inner-child beliefs were formed in a theta state. These meditations are designed to gently support subconscious re-patterning and align with each week’s lesson.
You’ll also receive journaling prompts and class notes to help you reflect, integrate, and move at a pace that feels safe for your nervous system.
Weekly Teaching Videos (Structured for Safety)
You’ll receive weekly teaching videos presented in a specific, intentional order to support learning without nervous system overload. Each lesson builds on the one before it, creating a clear and steady roadmap.

Experiential Practices & Neuroscience-Informed Journaling
This program is designed specifically for adult children raised in dysfunctional homes, including those impacted by alcoholism, narcissistic parenting, emotional neglect, or chronic instability.
Through daily experiential practices and neuroscience-informed journaling, you’ll learn how to:
- work at the subconscious level
- develop emotional regulation skills
- gently release survival-based patterns tied to codependency.

Module One
Weeks 1-4
Awakening Phase
In the awakening phase, you will learn to witness, acknowledge, validate, and develop empathy for your inner child. In this phase, you will find the pathway to your innocent inner child, putting an end to self-abandonment.Â
Module Two
Weeks 5-8
Gentle Accountability Phase
In the accountability phase, you will learn about how childhood trauma impacted your nervous system, brain, and innocent developing personality. Here, we learn emotional regulation techniques while breaking free of codependency.Â
Module Three
Weeks 9-12
Ascension Phase
In the ascension phase, you will go deeper into self-reflection, heal your fear of intimacy, and develop an action plan that serves as a roadmap for your continued self-expansion, healing, and transformation. By the end of this module, you will know you are enough!
