The videos and meditations are accessed directly through our site. The PDF's are downloadable and printer friendly. It is suggested you print each week's lesson and create a binder of all the lessons for your constant review.
Each week you will have the opportunity to take part in a Facebook Live Event. These take place at 9 am est on Saturday mornings. Facebook is not mandatory and serves simply as an additional opportunity for you to connect with other members of your group.
The Facebook Live Events last anywhere from 60-90 minutes but do sometimes go over. Lisa A. Romano addresses random concerns from members who have posted comments to the online forum held within the website and who have also left comments on Facebook.
